To open and maintain an abcwin Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the Account immediately pending full age verification. Any winnings generated during an investigation period may be withheld pending the outcome of our review.
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the abcwin Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit abcwin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
abcwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law or a regulatory directive; (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) you have not logged into your Account for a continuous period of 12 months and your balance is zero.
Upon closure for breach, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account may be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited if the breach is confirmed. Any Bonus Balance will be forfeited immediately upon account closure for any reason.
You may close your abcwin Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
abcwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered Players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address an urgent security issue.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which abcwin is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
